Training and workshops play a crucial role in promoting learning, exchanging information, and disseminating the principles of alternative agriculture. This focus on alternative agriculture is primarily led by farmers and agricultural researchers, often without significant support from formal institutions. At ICRA, we periodically organise training sessions and workshops. We invite leading practitioners in alternative agriculture to conduct these sessions and help spread innovative ideas. ICRA embraces all alternative practices, ensuring that no single approach is favoured. The selection of particular practices and techniques largely depends on the local context, including soil types, climate conditions, and farmers' adoption rates.

- Organise hands-on training sessions for farmers on organic farming practices, such as composting, soil and water conservation, natural pest control, and farm design.
- Host seminars and conferences on important topics such as climate change, soil health, biodiversity conservation, and farm design.
